ПРИНЦИП РАБОТЫ
Отфильтрованный и нагретый воздух поступает в воздухораспределитель в верхней части сушилки и равномерно по спирали попадает в сушильную камеру. Проходя через высокоскоростной центробежный распылитель на вершине башни, жидкость (вращаясь) распыляется на чрезвычайно мелкие капельки жидкого тумана и может быть полностью высушена за короткое время при прямоточном контакте с горячим воздухом. Готовая продукция непрерывно выводится из нижней части сушильной башни и циклонного сепаратора, а отходящие газы выводятся вентилятором.
